Ratings

Why it's important to rate every meeting you have

Updated over 7 months ago

The goal of the rating system is to increasingly schedule meetings that are rated highly by ALL the participants in the meeting. We do that by collecting ratings, analyzing the descriptions of what went well and what didn't, then matching executives more effectively and preparing them more extensively for the meetings.

Please note that while you are rating the meeting with founder and team, the founder and the team is also rating the meeting with you! And while we don't share the raw ratings, we will share summary and anonymized statistics on these rating.

Four Stars

Rate a meeting four stars if you hit off with the founder and team, and/or if you laid out next steps in the call.

Three Stars

Three stars indicates a worthwhile meeting, something that felt like a good use of your time.

Two Stars

A two star meeting misses the mark in some way. When you click two stars, we'll ask you to add a sentence or two on when went wrong or how to make the meeting better.

One Star

A one star meeting is a bit of fiasco. We'd appreciate a sentence or two on what went wrong or how to improve.

NA

We especially want to know if you didn't attend the meeting. This alone can cause a poor rating from the other participant who was expecting to meet you.
